Alicia Durity – Student Representative.

She is both an animal and nature lover and trained in various forms of dance for over 10 years in NYC & LA. She is also a certified Sivananda Yoga instructor, and a certified DreamBuilder life coach.
She experienced a spiritual awakening later in life, when she found herself plunged into ‘a dark night of the soul’ period, when she experienced a lot of rebirth energy.
She was born and raised in Ireland and has lived in and travelled to almost 40 countries in her adulthood. After the 2010 Haiti earthquake, she spent 18 months in Port au Prince and I was essential worker during the pandemic in a busy Los Angeles hospital. She now resides in Florida by way of Arkansas where she lived in the woods for a year near the second largest quartz crystal vein on our glorious Mother Earth Gaia.
She endeavours to live intentionally and seeks to be part of a community with a commitment to creating an environment that is ethically sound, thereby creating a sacred space, that is open to all who wish to do the walk and participate. Representing the Moon Magic Student community aligns with how, and where she wishes to be as she emerges from a stage of being in hermit energy. She is fully committed to her own tarot journey and to strengthen the service she will be sharing with future clients.
Her day job for the past couple of decades has been in compliance in NGOs and research settings which involved analysing systems, of which people are the critical factor every time, pattern recognition and auditing information. She has a natural ability to interpret technical information and applying it, and a voracious curiosity.
“My own journey has led me, with the support of licensed mental health professionals, to navigate a once debilitating state of CPTSD, depression and chronic anxiety and I have been reclaiming my power, my voice and my joy for life.
My life fuses my love of dance, beauty, art, gnosis, and my travel adventures in supporting my 3D life and frequency at all stages along my own path through healing, and trauma release to empowerment. I am envisioning bringing this to both the Moon Magic Ethics Committee should I be invited to participate, and my own personal tarot journey with compassion, discernment and grace.”
